Colored pencil and ink on smooth Bristol board.

This was totally inspired by the central figure.

The warmth and the fire...the mask~
The celtic knot boarder is a lovely compliment to the overall picture.

My computer doesn't show which critique you said...but i hope you don't mind what i am about to say. Your picture is very beautiful! However i find the background to be too light in the upper portion of the deviation. This makes it a bit harder to focus on the main part which i assume is the Fire Fae. Yes? Well i do this you did a good job on fire (drawing fire with colored pencils is defidently a chalenge). I just thought I would bring up that one point. ^^ Hope you don't hate me now.

Simply lovely! I really like the colors in this picture. It must have been so tedious to draw this with colored pencils! :omg: I really like the coloring on her dress and the folds. :+favlove:

this is beautiful hon! the only thing that i really noticed is that it seems you got more sloppy with the background then with the rest of the drawing.. the celtic knots on the side look amazing and i think it also goes very well with this!

Thank you so much! I really feel that it radiates heat as well and I appreciate your saying so.
Thanks for the fave. :glomp:

Oh well, you know I can dish it out but I cant take it! lol Yeh it was a judgement call. I really like the kind of unpolished background. I wonder if you may be right about it needing to be darker. I may darken it, I don't know.
:iconchaosruby:
Tedious? I guess so. Maybe if I had a life I wouldn't spend so many hours on drawing. :glomp:
Thanks for the fave my friend.
:iconchaosruby:
lol, I guess I'm gonna be hearing about the background on this one. I liked the knot as well. I wanted it to look like copper patina. Thanks for the comment. :glomp:
